Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add honey. Mix baking powder, sugar, and flour. Add milk mixture. Press into pan 3/4 inches deep. Cut into buscuits. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. |

Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine flour, corn meal, baking powder and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, and honey, then add corn and jalapeno pepper. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and use a large rubber spatula to combine them well. Lightly oil a 12 cup muffin tin. Pour batter into the muffin tin and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool. |

Beat egg slightly in large bowl. Add honey, oil and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, orange peel, baking soda, ginger and salt in medium bowl. Add flour mixture, zucchini and sunflower seeds to honey mixture; mix until well blended. Spoon batter into well greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325°F about 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove from pan and cool completely |
