Main Dishes Made With Honey! |

Baste:: |
Place ham in a large roaster, cover, and bake according to directions.
Typically 1/2 hour per pound at 350° or until the ham reaches an
internal temperature of 175 degrees. Baste thoroughly, every 20 minutes
with the Orange Juice/Honey mixture. This recipe adds a unique citrus flavor to your ham that is out of this world. Other table grade honey may be substituted; they of course will not add a citrus flavor! |

Marinade:: Vegetables: |
Place beef into large airtight container and add marinade ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 10 hours or overnight. Remove beef from marinade and let vegetables soak for 1/2 hour. Thread alternately with meat on skewers and grill for 10-20 minutes, turning as needed. |

MEATBALLS: |
In a large, heavy pot, combine soup ingredients EXCEPT the raisins. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. In a medium-sized bowl, combine meatball ingredients, stirring them to mix them thoroughly. With wet hands, roll meat mixture into 1" balls. Add to boiling cabbage soup, reduce heat to medium-low. Cover pot, and simmer for 2 hours. Remove cover, add raisins and cook for another 30 minutes in uncovered pot. Recipe can be doubled and frozen. Prepare ahead of time and reheat, since flavor improves. Serves 6 |
