This honey comes from the sweet clover fields of North Dakota. It has a mild, light, slightly cinnamon flavor and pairs well with just about everything. Clover honey granulates quickly, so don't be surprised when your honey starts to looks thick and lumpy - it's raw honey's natural way of preserving itself and telling you we handled it with care. Clover honey in it's granulated state is a treat around here (try it mixed with somepeanut butter on a banana and your leg might start doing the Elvis shake).
