This honey comes from the beautiful wildflowers of Florida (and a few from Georgia... the bees don't really care about that man made line).  This honey can include Palmetto, Andromeda, Black Gum, Palm, Cabbage Palm, Cotton,  Brazillian Pepper, and more; so it can vary in flavor year to year. Our most robust honey, it tends to be dark and pairs well with meat, red wines, blue cheese, and is great in mixed drinks. Wildflower honey is perfect in baking or cooking when you want that distinct flavor of honey to carry through into the finished dish - think granola, bread, or a glaze on smoked meat.
