This honey comes from the lovely white blossoms of California orange trees.  Unfortunately, bees in the Florida Orange Groves have become infamous for making "grove honey" instead of the prominent singular bloom we want to offer our customers. While the grove honey is delicious in its own rights... the supplemental blooms overpower the delicate orange blossom flavor. So we branched out, and sourced from a colleague-turned-friend who has a pristine location in Southern California to bring you the quality of Orange Blossom honey you've come to know and expect from us.
